2. Services Provided
We provide professional signage services including, but not limited to:
- Custom sign design and consultation
- Sign fabrication and manufacturing
- Interior and exterior signage
- Channel letters and storefront signage
- Monument and pylon signs
- Wayfinding and ADA-compliant signage
- Vinyl graphics, decals, banners, and branding elements
- Sign installation, repair, and maintenance
- Permit coordination where applicable
All projects are subject to scope confirmation, written approval, scheduling availability, and payment terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The project site is unsafe
- Required permits cannot be obtained
- The requested work violates regulations
- Payment terms are not agreed upon
3. Estimates, Deposits, Payments, and Removal of Sign
Estimates
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting and may change if project scope, materials, site conditions, or permitting requirements change. Estimates are not final until approved in writing.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required prior to production.
Final payment is typically due prior to installation or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved electronic payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital invoicing.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or project delays.
Removal of Sign
Upstate SC Signs and Graphics LLC retains ownership of all signage until full payment has been received.
If payment is not made according to agreed terms:
- We reserve the right to suspend services
- We reserve the right to remove installed signage
Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property for removal if necessary.
Costs associated with removal or property restoration may be billed to the client.
Removal of signage does not eliminate the client's responsibility for any outstanding balance.
4. Appointments and Site Access
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to installation locations
- Securing landlord or property owner approval when required
- Ensuring the site is ready at the scheduled installation time
If access is not available at the scheduled time, additional service fees may apply.
5. Communication Consent (SMS, Phone, and Email)
By submitting your contact information through our website forms, chat tools, or other communication channels, and by selecting the applicable consent checkbox where required, you may receive communications from Upstate SC Signs and Graphics LLC via:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
